锰污染治理大数据平台研究--以铜仁市为例

摘要 随着数字社会和科学技术的不断发展,大数据技术应用到生态环境领域中为生态环境保护带来了技术革新。大数据技术作为“数字生产力”,是时代背景下的信息资产,具有数据集成处理、智能分析、服务科学决策等功能。但将大数据技术应用到生态环境领域下的锰污染治理中尚处于探索阶段。构建基于锰污染治理大数据平台,需将生态环境监测、数学算法、数值模型等多种学科与大数据技术相结合。为此,本文以铜仁市为例,分析铜仁市生态环境领域大数据技术运用情况,提出在原有硬件环境与软件环境的基础上,搭建锰污染治理大数据平台框架。该框架以涉锰区域的涉锰因素(锰矿山、锰企业、锰渣库、地质环境)与锰污染影响因素(河流、井、地下水、土壤)为基础,运用大数据技术强大的数据汇聚与分布式计算等,以期实现锰污染治理数据分析、突发环境事件预报预警应用服务为目标,旨在解决锰污染历史遗留问题,为锰产业高质量发展提供思路与参考。 With the development of digital society and Science and Technology,the application of big data technology in the field of ecological environment has brought about technological innovation for ecological environment protection.As a"Digital productivity",big data technology is an information asset under the background of the times.It has the functions of data integration,intelligent analysis and intelligent decision-making.However,the application of big data technology in manganese pollution control is still in the exploratory stage.To build a big data platform based on manganese pollution treatment,we need to combine ecological environmental monitoring,mathematical algorithms,numerical simulation and other disciplines with big data technology.Therefore,this paper takes Tongren as an example to analyze the application of big data technology in the field of ecological environment,and proposes to build a big data platform framework for manganese pollution treatment based on the original hardware and software conditions.The framework is based on the manganese-related factors(manganese mines,manganese enterprises,manganese slag field,geological environment)and the impact factors of manganese pollution(rivers,wells,groundwater,soil)in the manganese-related regions,building geological 3D models,soil eco-environment models,water eco-environment models,powerful data aggregation and distributed computing using big data technology,etc.,the aim of this paper is to solve the problems left over from the history of manganese pollution and provide some ideas and references for the high-quality development of manganese industry.
