摘要
绝缘检测是弹上电缆网性能检测的重要环节,目前有自动检测和传统人工检测2种方式。自动检测存在不易扩展、价格昂贵等缺点,而传统人工检测存在检测效率低的问题。因此设计了一种通过端子任意行间绝缘检测、任意列间绝缘检测代替各端子间绝缘检测的矩阵式绝缘检测方法,并基于此方法设计了一种弹上电缆网绝缘检测辅助工装,从而实现了弹上电缆网绝缘性能的高效检测。该工装具有通用性强、检测效率高、成本低等特点,同时还具有异常点定位的功能,具有较强的工程应用与推广价值。
The insulation testing was an important step in the performance testing of cable networks on missile and rocket,and currently there were two methods including automatic testing and traditional manual testing.The automatic detection had the defects of not easy to expand,big costs and so on,but the traditional manual testing had the problem of low detection efficiency.A matrix insulation detection method was proposed,which replaced the insulation detection between terminals with any inter row insulation detection and any inter column insulation detection.Based on this method,it was designed that an auxiliary fixture for detecting the insulation performance of cable networks on missile and rocket,thereby we achieved efficient detection of the insulation performance of the missile and rocket cable network.The fixture had the characteristics of strong universality,high detection efficiency,low cost and so on,and also had the function of locating abnormal terminals,which had strong engineering application and promotion value.
