The application of intelligent manufacturing in the electrical equipment of chemical enterprises realizes the automation and intelligence of the production process by integrating intelligent equipment,mechatronics technology and advanced control systems.Intelligent sensors and control systems monitor the status of the equipment in real time to optimize the use of resources and improve production efficiency and product quality.At the same time,the introduction of intelligent technology enhances the fault prediction and maintenance ability of equipment and improves production safety.In the future,with the development of artificial intelligence,industrial internet of things and digital twin technology,the application of intelligent manufacturing in chemical enterprises will be further deepened,promoting the sustainable development and transformation upgrading of the industry.
