摘要
随着工业物联网的不断发展,工业设备对信息化的依赖程度越来越高,因此工业物联网基础建设往往需要考虑工业设备数量多、网络带宽不足等问题。由于厂区的网络结构采用光纤到大楼(Fiber ToTheBuilding,FTTB)模式,使得网络汇聚单一,在遇到高楼层厂房时易产生网络接入多、数据传输慢和扩容性差等数据交换问题。文章将探讨解决高层厂房数据交换问题的方法,在高楼层厂房中采用交换机堆叠技术增加网络的汇聚点。结果表明,该方法不仅使工业物联网络中的多余节点得到清除,逻辑链路结构得到优化,还提升了工业物联网络的带宽、传输速率、扩展性、安全性等数据交换性能。
With the continuous development of the industrial Internet of Things,industrial equipment is increasingly dependent on information technology,so in the infrastructure of the industrial Internet of Things,it is often necessary to consider the number of industrial equipment,real-time data transmission caused by insufficient network bandwidth and other problems.Because The network structure of the plant adopts the Fiber To The Building(FTTB)mode,the network convergence is single,and the data exchange problems such as multiple network access,slow data transmission and poor expansion are generated when the high-floor plant is encountered.This paper will discuss the method to solve the problem of data exchange in high-rise buildings,that is,to increase the convergence point of the network by using switch stacking technology in high-floor buildings.The results show that not only the redundant nodes in the industrial iot network can be eliminated,the logical link structure can be optimized,but also the data exchange performance of the industrial iot network can be improved,such as bandwidth,transmission rate,scalability and security.
