乡村旅游供应链整合机制与绩效评价研究——基于乡村振兴战略视阈

Research on Integration Mechanism and Performance Evaluation of Rural Tourism Supply Chain

乡村旅游是旅游业的新兴业态,近年来发展势头迅猛,凸显的经济效益已成为政府实施乡村振兴战略的有效途径。在我国乡村旅游产业规模不断增长、产品内容逐渐丰富的情况下,也出现了管理方式粗放、智慧化水平低、供应链缺乏规划和精细管理、整体经济效益较低等问题。同时,市场竞争已由企业之间的实力较量转变为供应链之间的竞争力比拼。在分析我国乡村旅游供应链整合动因和阻碍因素的基础之上,提出了三种乡村旅游供应链整合方式的具体运作流程,探讨了供应链整合对绩效的影响机制,依据平衡计分卡的评价思想和层次分析法模式,构建了乡村旅游供应链绩效评价指标体系。最后提出了乡村旅游供应链整合的策略与路径,以期为我国乡村旅游产业的高质量发展提供思路与借鉴。

Rural tourism is an emerging one in the tourism industry,which has developed rapidly in recent years,and the highlighted economic benefits have become an effective way for the government to implement the rural revitalization strategy.In the case of the growing scale of China's rural tourism industry and the gradual enrichment of product content,problems such as sloppy management,low level of intelligence,lack of planning and fine management of the supply chain,and low overall economic benefits have also emerged.At the same time,the market competition has been transformed from the strength of enterprises to the competitiveness of the supply chain.On the basis of analyzing the motives and hindering factors of rural tourism supply chain integration in China,this paper proposes the specific operation process of three rural tourism supply chain integration methods,explores the impact mechanism of supply chain integration on performance,and constructs the rural tourism supply chain performance evaluation index system based on the evaluation idea of balanced scorecard and hierarchical analysis mode.Finally,the strategies and paths of rural tourism supply chain integration are proposed in order to provide ideas and reference for the high-quality development of China′s rural tourism industry.
