摘要
肝纤维化(Hepatic fibrosis,HF)是由化学性肝损伤、免疫性肝损伤、酒精性肝损伤和药物性肝损伤等多种慢性肝病引起的过度修复反应产生多种细胞外基质(Extracellular matrix,ECM)的异常沉积的结果,也是慢性肝炎向肝硬化、肝癌发展的中间进程。肝纤维化的发生过程是可逆的,但是目前并无明确的化学药物或者生物制剂用于肝纤维化的治疗。近年来,有多项研究表明中药苯丙素类成分在防治肝纤维化方面具有一定的预防和治疗作用,其主要机制有抗氧化作用和抗炎作用等。本文对苯丙素类成分抗肝纤维化作用进行总结,期望中药苯丙素类成分能为抗肝纤维化新药研发提供思路。
Hepatic fibrosis(HF)is the consequence of abnormal extracellular matrix(ECM)deposition resulting from excessive repair triggered by various chronic liver diseases,including chemical liver injury,immune liver injury,alcoholic liver injury,and drug-induced liver injury.It also serves as an intermediate stage between chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis or liver cancer.Although hepatic fibrosis can be reversed,there are currently no definitive chemical drugs or biological agents for its treatment.Recent studies have demonstrated that phenylpropanoids possess certain preventive and therapeutic effects againstatic fibrosis,primarily through their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.This paper provides a summary of the effects of phenylpropanoids on hepatic fibrosis and suggests that traditional Chinese medicine phenylpropanoids may offer insights into the development of oovel drugs targeting this condition.
