加速康复外科联合精细化护理对脑膜瘤术后患者康复效果、负性情绪及生活质量的影响

The effects of enhanced recovery after surgery combined with refi ned nursing on rehabilitation effect,negative emotion and quality of life in patients after meningioma surgery

目的分析加速康复外科联合精细化护理对脑膜瘤术后患者康复效果、负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2024年1月四川大学华西医院收治的104例脑膜瘤患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组52例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予加速康复外科联合精细化护理。比较分析两组患者的术后活动情况及护理后的不良反应发生情况。比较分析两组患者护理前后的焦虑、抑郁情绪及日常生活活动能力[焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、日常生活活动能力评定量表(ADL)评分]、生活质量(认知功能评分、情绪功能评分、躯体功能评分、角色功能评分、社会功能评分)。结果研究组患者的术后首次下床时间早于对照组,首次下床活动时间、首次下床活动距离均长于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者护理后的不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与护理前比较,两组患者护理后的SAS评分、SDS评分均降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者护理后的ADL评分、认知功能评分、情绪功能评分、躯体功能评分、角色功能评分、社会功能评分均升高,且研究对高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加速康复外科联合精细化护理可显著改善患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提升患者的日常生活活动能力及生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effects of enhanced recovery after surgery combined with refined nursing on rehabilitation effect,negative emotion and quality of life in patients after meningioma surgery.Method 104 patients with meningioma admitted to West China Hospital,Sichuan University from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 52 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given enhanced recovery after surgery combined with refined nursing.The postoperative activities and the occurrence of adverse reactions after nursing were compared between the two groups.The anxiety,depression,activities of daily living(SAS score,SDS score,ADL score)and quality of life(cognitive function score,emotional function score,physical function score,role function score,social function score)in the two groups were compared and analyzed before and after nursing.Result Thefirst time out of bed activity distance in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and thefirst time out of bed activity time and the first time out of bed activity distance were longer than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with before nursing,SAS score and SDS score in the two groups after nursing were decreased,and the study group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The ADL score,cognitive function score,emotional function score,physical function score,role function score and social function score in the two groups after nursing were all increased,and the study group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Enhanced recovery after surgery combined with refined nursing can significantly improve patients’anxiety and depression,and improve their daily living activities and quality of life.
