摘要
主要阐述跨介质航行器后掠结构的设计和分析。对航行器介质转换的平滑过渡,包括机翼的收放机制、结构设计、静力学和动力学分析等多个方面进行重点研究。利用有限元分析和模态分析,展示了机翼结构在受到载荷时的响应,分析了机翼在折叠展开过程中对机构整体的气动影响。此外,通过力矩仿真进一步验证后掠机构设计的合理性和实用性,有效减弱50%入水冲击,水下航行速度提升2.5倍,过渡时间缩短1.8 s。研究成果揭示了后掠机构在改善航行器介质转换性能方面的有效性,为跨介质航行器的设计和性能优化提供了新方法。
We mainly analyze the design of cross-media vehicles’swept structure.We focus on the smooth transition of aircraft medium conversion,including the retraction and retraction mechanism of the wings,structural design,statics and dynamics analysis and other aspects.Employing finite element analysis and modal analysis,our study demonstrates the response of the wing structure when subjected to load and analyzes the aerodynamic impact on the overall mechanism during the folding and unfolding process of the wing.Our research results not only reveal the effectiveness of the swept mechanism in improving the medium conversion performance of the aircraft,but also provide new insights for the design and performance optimization of cross-media aircraft.In addition,the rationality and practicality of the swept-back mechanism design is verified through torque simulation and testing,showing it markedly reduces the impact by 50%when entering the water,increases the underwater navigation speed by 2.5 times,and shortens the transition time by 1.8 s.
