摘要
对师范生三下乡参与意愿影响因素关系进行探讨有助于农村儿童教学质量实用性的提升,以“下得去、留得住、干得好”为抓手带动地方教育质量。运用师范生三下乡报名动机量表、组织支持量表、自我效能感量表、参与意愿量表对S省415名师范生进行测量,构建SEM结构方程模型。结果显示:师范生三下乡报名动机、组织支持、自我效能感、参与意愿彼此间呈显著性相关;组织支持和师范生自我效能感在报名动机和参与意愿二者间具有链式中介作用。师范生三下乡服务活动报名动机能通过组织支持和自我效能感的链式中介作用间接影响参与意愿。
Exploring the relationship between the factors that influence the willingness of normal college students to participate in volunteer activities for the country people is helpful to improve the practical quality of teaching for rural children,so that the local colleges and universities serving the local area can be based on the concept of“going,staying,and doing well”as the starting point to improve the quality of local education.The 415 normal college students in“S”Province were measured using the motivation scale,organizational support scale,self-efficacy scale,and participation willingness scale for normal college students to register for the volunteering service in rural areas,and a SEM structural equation model was constructed.The results show that the motivation,organizational support,self-efficacy,and participation willingness of normal college students are significantly related to one another;organizational support and self-efficacy play a chain mediating role between the motivation to register for the project of volunteer activities for the country people and their participation willingness.The service activities of normal college students can indirectly affect their willingness to participate through the chain mediating effect of organizational support and self-efficacy.
