摘要
为解决储叶烟箱清扫机使用过程中部分烟箱内残留物无法清扫干净的问题,对烟箱清扫机的清扫机构进行分析和研制。通过增加振动发生器和双排毛刷,实现清扫机高效彻底清除烟箱残留物的要求。以昆明卷烟厂叶库5台清扫机为对象进行测试,每台清扫机清扫100个烟箱。结果表明,研制的新型烟箱清扫机构清扫干净烟箱占比平均值增加了23.4%。该技术可为提高贮烟箱清洁度提供技术支持。
In order to solve the problem that the residues in some cigarette boxes cannot be cleaned during the use of the leaf storage cigarette box cleaner,the cleaning mechanism of the cigarette box cleaner was analyzed and developed.By adding a vibration generator and double rows of brushes,the requirements of the cleaner to efficiently and thoroughly remove residues in the cigarette box are achieved.Taking five leaf warehouse cleaners of Kunming Cigarette Factory as an example,each cleaner cleaned 100 cigarette boxes.The results showed that the proportion of cigarette boxes cleaned by the new cigarette box cleaning mechanism increased by an average of 23.4%.This technology can provide technical support for improving the cleanliness of cigarette storage boxes.
