摘要
为保护生态环境,工业排放废水中的重金属离子去除材料的开发具有重要的现实意义。该文采用水热法制备稀土元素铈改性的介孔材料Ce-MCM-41分子筛,并通过XRD、SEM和FT-IR表征手段对样品的结构和形貌进行分析,同时探讨溶液pH、水中铅离子初始浓度和吸附时间对分子筛吸附性能的影响。研究结果表明,Ce-MCM-41分子筛保持纯硅分子筛的基本骨架,由长程有序转化为短程有序结构,铈的改性使其具有较好的分散性,对水中铅离子表现出比纯硅分子筛更好的吸附性,30 mg的Ce-MCM-41分子筛,当溶液pH在6~7范围内,初始铅离子浓度120 mg/L,吸附时间120 min时去除效果最佳,铅离子的吸附率达到90.32%,表现出良好的吸附效果。
In order to protect the ecological environment,the development of materials for removing heavy metal ions in industrial wastewater is of great practical significance.In this paper,a mesoporous material Ce-MCM-41 molecular sieve modified by rare earth element cerium was prepared by hydrothermal method.The structure and morphology of the sample were analyzed by XRD,SEM and FT-IR characterization methods.At the same time,the effects of solution pH,initial concentration of lead ions in water and adsorption time on the adsorption properties of the molecular sieve were discussed.The research results show that Ce-MCM-41 molecular sieve maintains the basic framework of pure silicon molecular sieve and transforms from long-range order to short-range order structure.The modification of cerium makes it have good dispersibility and shows better adsorption of lead ions in water than pure silicon molecular sieve.For 30 mg of Ce-MCM-41 molecular sieve,when the solution pH value is in the range of 6~7,the initial lead ion concentration is 120 mg/L,and the adsorption time is 120 minutes,the removal effect is the best.The adsorption rate of lead ions reached 90.32%,showing good adsorption effect.
