摘要
随着电网规模的持续扩大、电力系统运行控制日益复杂,运行控制端亟需实现各生产指挥与控制业务链路串联,特别是在调控一体化运作模式背景下,程序化操作在电网运行操作中效益愈发突显。为拓展“一键顺控”业务在调度控制的应用场景,实现一、二次设备运行控制策略的融合,提升调控端运行指挥效率和智能化水平,该文提出“一键顺控”电网运行方式调整关键技术研究与应用方法,探索一、二次设备的智能调度融合路径,以调度命令票为核心实现全过程自动完成操作的“图成、技防、令控、自动”全新操作模式,提升调控端运行指挥效能、智能化水平和电网装备水平,适应集约化管理要求,提升电网运行综合效率。
As the scale of the power grid continues to expand and the operation control of the power system becomes increasingly complex,the operation control end urgently needs to realize the series connection of various production command and control service links.Especially in the context of the integrated operation mode of regulation and control,procedural operations are used in the operation of the power grid.The benefits are becoming more and more prominent.In order to expand the application scenarios of the"one-click sequence control"service in dispatch control,realize the integration of primary and secondary equipment operation control strategies,and improve the efficiency and intelligence level of operation command at the control end,this paper proposes the"one-click sequence control"power grid operation mode adjustment research and application methods,explore the intelligent dispatch integration path of primary and secondary equipment,and realize a new operating mode of"mapping,technical prevention,command control,and automation"that automatically completes the operation throughout the process with dispatch command tickets as the core.Improve the operational command efficiency,intelligence level and power grid equipment level at the control end,adapt to the requirements of intensive management,and improve the comprehensive efficiency of power grid operations.
