摘要
在水电站运行中,事故闸门作为安全防护设施的一部分,用于在紧急情况下控制水流或水位,以防止发生意外事故。当发生水电站系统故障或其他紧急情况时,可以通过关闭事故闸门来阻止水流,减轻事故的影响。若水电站出现紧急情况,市电中断,闸门因无法启动而导致启闭机无法操作,则可能造成严重的安全事故。为解决这一问题,该文提出一种采用结合变频变力制动器的失电落闸系统,旨在提高闸门落闸系统的稳定性、可靠性及突发灾难性事故时可以及时做出应对措施的系统。实验结果表明,通过对该系统的设计和实现,该系统能够有效地保障事故闸门失电后所带来的安全隐患,具有较高的实用价值和推广意义。
In the operation of hydropower stations,accident gates are used as part of safety protection facilities to control water flow or water level in emergency situations to prevent accidents.When a hydropower station system failure or other emergency occurs,the accident gate can be closed to stop the water flow and reduce the impact of the accident.If an emergency occurs in the hydropower station,the mains power is interrupted,and the gate cannot be started,resulting in the hoist being unable to operate,which may cause a serious safety accident.In order to solve this problem,this paper proposes a power-loss switch-down system combined with a variable-frequency variable force brake,which aims to improve the stability and reliability of the gate switch-down system and can take timely response measures in case of sudden catastrophic accidents.Through the design and implementation of the system,experimental results show that the system can effectively protect the safety hazards caused by the power loss of the accident gate,and has high practical value and promotion significance.
