摘要
人工智能作为一种前沿的技术手段,尤其是Chat GPT的出现为各行各业的发展应用带来了新的变化,也为高校档案编研带来新的思路和方法。本文首先介绍了人工智能的发展以及Chat GPT所拥有的优势。其次分析了高校档案编研现状,为人工智能应用提供基础。在此基础上本文探讨了Chat GPT在高校档案编研中的应用。最后,在高校档案编研中应用人工职能如Chat GPT时应注意档案数据安全、数据失真、技术滥用、人工智能伦理方面的问题,确保高校档案编研的科学、公正、合法、可靠和有序。
As a cutting-edge technical means,artificial intelligence,especially the appearance of ChatGPT,has brought new changes to the development and application of various industries,and it also brings new ideas and methods to college archives compilation and research.This paper first introduces the development of artificial intelligence and the advantages of ChatGPT.Secondly,the status quo of the archives compilation and research of colleges and universities is analyzed to provide the foundation for the application of artificial intelligence.Based on this,the paper discusses the application of ChatGPT in college archives compilation and research.Finally,when applying artificial functions such as ChatGPT in college archives compilation and research,we should pay attention to the problems of archives data security,data distortion,technical abuse,and artificial intelligence ethics to ensure scientific,just,legal,reliable and orderly college archives compilation and research.
