摘要
项目式学习(PjBL)是一种特殊的探究式学习方法,通过真实世界实践中的实际任务提供学习情境,从而获得有意义的学习体验。本研究将项目式学习方法应用于研究生课程《口腔疾病与全身疾病的关系》的考核中,学生被赋予的任务是通过科普视频的方式,依据他们掌握的知识线索,向大众科普口腔疾病与全身疾病的联系,教师基于科普作品的评分则作为项目式学习的考核结果。结果显示无论是项目成员结构还是视频呈现形式对教师评分都无显著影响(P>0.05),而部分评阅教师的评分间存在一定差异(P<0.05)。后期问卷回访显示学生对本次课程改革认可度高(100%认可),但部分学生(13.8%)并不认可考核结果,且学生在项目式学习中积累的自主学习时间与成绩呈现相关性(P<0.05,r=0.39)。综上,本次基于项目式学习的课程考核获得学生的认可度高,且能激发研究生进行自主学习,是一次有益的教学尝试,值得常态化维持,并向其他医学高等教学机构推广。
Project-Based Learning(PjBL)is considered a specific form of inquiry-based learning where the learning context is provided through authentic questions and problems embedded within real-world practices,leading to meaningful learning experiences.In this study,the project-based learning approach was applied to the assessment of a graduate course titled"The Relationship between Oral Diseases and Systemic Diseases",in which students were given the task of popularizing the connection between oral diseases and systemic diseases to the general public by means of a popularization video based on the clues of the knowledge they possessed,and the instructor's grade based on the popularization work was used as the assessment results of the project-based learning.The results showed that neither the structure of the project members nor the presentation format of the videos had a significant effect on the teachers'ratings(P>0.05),while some differences existed between the ratings of some of the reviewing teachers(P<0.05).Postquestionnaire interviews showed that students recognized this course reform(100%agreement),although a small percentage of students(13.8%)did not recognize the assessment results.Additionally,there was a correlation found between the amount of independent learning time students accumulated through PjBL and their grades(P<0.05,r=0.39).In conclusion,this project-based learning course assessment has gained high recognition from students and can stimulate postgraduate students to engage in independent learning,which is a useful teaching attempt that is worthy of being maintained on a regular basis and promoted to other medical higher education teaching institutions.
