摘要
产教融合协同育人跨越教育系统和产业系统,广泛渗透到经济社会相关领域,使得产权成为核心问题。协同育人的培养产权是不完全的、相对的,权利分置于不同主体、具有多重属性。由于协同育人环节存在制度性成本和机会主义行为,造成了多主体行动中“多数未必胜过少数”的奥尔森困境。文章建议激发协同育人内在动力,持续动态界定培养产权,限制公共领域的产权,发挥企业的主导作用,完善产权的治理机制,提高产权治理水平。
The integration of industry and education in collaborative education has crossed the education system and industrial system,and has widely penetrated into economic and social related fields,making property rights a core issue.The cultivation property rights of collaborative education are incomplete and relative,and the rights are divided among different subjects with multiple attributes.The entire collaborative education process has institutional costs and opportunistic behavior,resulting in the Olsen dilemma of“the majority cannot win over the minority”in multi-agent actions.Suggestions include stimulating the intrinsic motivation of collaborative education,continuously and dynamically defining property rights for cultivation,restricting property rights in the public domain,leveraging the leading role of enterprises,improving the governance mechanism of property rights,and enhancing the level of property rights governance.
