摘要
以西农脆宝、脆甜八里香、雪城春光、永甜九号、新科研十号、花喜鹊、娇姑娘、芝麻香瓜8个不同甜瓜品种为研究对象,分别测定了外观品质和营养品质指标,综合评价8个甜瓜品种。结果表明:雪城春光维生素c和淀粉含量最高分别为270.06%和2.46%,娇姑娘可溶性糖最高为138.50 g/kg,新科研十号含水量最高91.18%,西农脆宝单果最重,芝麻香瓜上市最早,脆甜八里香采摘期最长,花喜鹊和永甜九号相较其他品种无明显特征。研究表明娇姑娘和雪城春光从外观品质结合营养品质总体高于其他6个品种,其果形指数适中,营养丰富,维生素c较高,水分适中,品质极佳,具有较大的推广价值,可在榆林地区进一步推广种植。
This study used eight different melon varieties as subjects,Crispy Bao,Crispy Sweet Balixiang,Syracuse Chunguang,Yongtian No.9,Xinkei No.10,Flower Magpie,Jiao Maiden,and Sesame Melon.Their appearance and nutritional quality indices were measured to provide a comprehensive evaluation of these varieties.The results indicated that Syracuse Chunguang had the highest vitamin C and starch contents of 270.06%and 2.46%,respectively.Jiao Maiden exhibited the highest soluble sugar content at 138.50 g/kg,while Xinkei No.10 had the highest water content at 91.18%.Xinong Crispy Bao had the heaviest single fruit,and Sesame Melon was the earliest to market.Crispy Sweet Balixiang had the longest harvesting period,while Flower Magpie and Yongtian No.9 displayed no distinctive characteristics compared to the other varieties.Overall,the appearance and nutritional quality of Jiao Maiden and Syracuse Chunguang were superior to those of the other six varieties,characterized by a moderate fruit shape index,rich nutrition,high vitamin C content,balanced moisture,and excellent quality.These varieties possess considerable promotion value and can be further cultivated in the Yulin area.
