摘要
针对多联机管路焊接加工时会产生氧化皮等杂质,提出一种可靠的压缩机抗杂质方法,即在涡旋式压缩机底部增加油泵过滤网,同时将油泵吸入口高度提高7 mm。经压缩机单体验证,采用该方法,压缩机抗杂质能力有明显提高。同时,将改善后压缩机应用于多联机,在长配管条件下进行名义工况和低温工况试验验证,结果表明,该改善方法满足压缩机油位可靠性要求,可以进行推广应用。
During the welding processing on pipes of multi-connected unit,it will produce impurities such as oxide skin.Aiming at this issue,a more reliable compressor anti-impurity method is proposed,namely,adding oil pump filter at the bottom of the scroll compressor,as well as heightening the oil pump suction inlet by 7 mm.Through the verification on compressor,the anti-impurity ability of the compressor is significantly improved by using this method.At the same time,the improved compressor is applied to multi-connected unit,and the test verifications of nominal and low temperature conditions are carried out under long pipe condition.The results show that this improvement method meets the reliability requirements of compressor oil level,which can be promoted and applied.
