摘要
上海市某办公建筑已投入使用13年,其冷热源存在设备老化、能耗较高等问题,亟需节能改造。根据现场改造实施条件,结合业主需求、设备利用的可持续性、节能潜力等方面,提出了可实施的3种改造方案。方案一:选择将冷热源系统替换为风冷热泵系统;方案二:增加两台磁悬浮冷水机组,保留使用原有机组的制热功能;方案三:增加一台磁悬浮冷水机组,保留使用原有机组的制热功能及单台机组的制冷功能。基于现状的年运行能耗数据,通过计算3个方案的全年能耗可知:方案二的节能效果最好,其节能率高达50%。同时,方案三的初投资最小,只需7.2年即可收回初投资。综合改造效果和实施可行性,方案二为最优方案。
An existing office building in Shanghai has been in operation for 13 years,it's cooling and heating source has problems of aging equipment and high energy consumption,so it is in urgent need of energy saving renovation.According to the implementation conditions of the on-site transformation,combined with the needs of owners,the sustainability of equipment utilization,energy saving potential,and so on,three feasible transformation schemes are proposed.Scheme 1 is to replace the cold and hot source system with the air cooled heat pump system;Scheme 2 is to add two Magnetic suspension chiller and retain the heating function of the original units;Scheme 3 is to add a Magnetic suspension chiller,while retaining the heating function of the original units and the refrigeration function of a single unit.Based on the current annual operating energy consump-tion data,we can calculate the annual energy consumption of the three schemes:Scheme 2 has the best energy saving effect,and its energy saving rate is up to 50%.Meanwhile,Scheme 3 has the smallest initial investment,which can be recouped in 7.2 years.Scheme 2 is the optimal scheme for comprehensive reconstruction effect and implementation feasibility.
