摘要
为满足文化类建筑风貌要求,通常将冷却塔布置在受限的半封闭建筑空间内。为验证冷却塔在受限建筑条件下的散热效果,对某市民活动中心项目利用CFD进行模拟,结果表明布置在受限建筑空间内的冷却塔,在合理进排风方案下,周围气流较平稳,采取一定措施时可以不考虑返混率问题;但受限空间的阻挡造成气流阻力增大,导致冷却塔风量衰减。最后提出在改善进风条件的前提下,还需要提高冷却塔风机静压或加大冷却塔选型的安全冗余。研究结果能够为类似工程的设计提供参考。
In order to meet the requirements of cultural architecture,the cooling tower is often arranged in a limited semi-enclosed building space.In order to verify the heat dissipation effect of the cooling tower under restricted building conditions,a certain civic activity center project is simulated using CFD.The results show that for the cooling tower arranged in the restricted building space,under the reasonable air intake and exhaust scheme,the surrounding airflow is relatively stable,and some measures can be taken without considering the issue of mixing ratio.While,the blocking of the restricted space causes the airflow resistance to increase,which leads to the air volume reduction of the cooling tower.Under the premise of improving the air intake conditions,it is also necessary to increase the static pressure of the cooling tower fan or increase the safety redundancy of the selection of the cooling tower.This study can provide reference for the design of similar projects.
