摘要
印刷电路板式换热器(PCHE)作为一种新型紧凑高效热交换器,尤其适用于高温、高压等极端苛刻工况条件。本文介绍PCHE流道结构与布置形式,概述PCHE超临界流体工质特性及适用场景,综述PCHE流动传热关联准则式,总结PCHE的工程应用,并对其发展方向进行展望。
As a new type of compact and high-efficiency heat exchanger,printed circuit heat exchanger(PCHE)is particularly suitable for high temperature,high pressure and other extremely harsh working conditions.The structure and layout of PCHE flow channel are introduced,the supercritical fluid properties and application scenarios of PCHE are summarized,the flow heat transfer correlation criteria of PCHE are further reviewed,the engineering applications of PCHE are summarized,and the directions of its development are prospected.
