桥梁信息模型——有限元模型转换接口研发

摘要 针对当前桥梁信息模型难以自动转换为有限元模型,且转换过程中存在关键几何信息丢失、荷载和边界条件难以添加等问题,本文基于Revit API二次开发技术,采用C#语言在Visual Studio2022平台开发了Revit信息模型与ANSYS有限元模型之间的转换接口。该接口实现了从信息模型获取构件几何信息、空间位置、物理信息、荷载和边界条件等功能,并将这些信息转换为ANSYS APDL命令流,通过后台启动ANSYS导入命令流生成有限元模型,完成荷载添加和边界条件设置,进行计算分析。本文详细介绍了转换接口的开发思路、工具和关键技术,并通过工程案例验证了该接口的准确性、便捷性和高效性。 To address the current issues in automatically converting bridge information models to finite element models,including loss of key geometric information and difficulty in adding loads and boundary conditions,this study develops a conversion interface between Revit information models and ANSYS finite element models using C#on the Visual Studio 2022 platform,based on the Revit API secondary development technology.The interface retrieves geometric,spatial,physical,load,and boundary information from the model,converting it into ANSYS APDL command streams.ANSYS then generates finite element models,adds loads and boundary conditions,and performs finite element calculations.This paper details the development concepts,tools,and key technologies,and validates the interface through engineering case studies,demonstrating its accuracy,convenience,and efficiency.
