摘要
为研究超声滚压工艺参数对42CrMo钢残余应力分布的影响规律,采用ABAQUS软件对超声滚压加工过程进行仿真模拟,通过单因子试验获得42CrMo钢在不同工艺参数下的残余应力分布,进行超声滚压加工试验验证仿真模型。结果表明:随着静压力和振幅的增大,残余应力逐渐增大;随着转速的增加,残余应力出现先增大后减小的趋势;随着进给速度的增大,残余应力逐渐减小。超声滚压加工后42CrMo钢残余应力的仿真值与试验值变化趋势相同,误差较小,证明了所建模型的准确性。
To investigate the influence of ultrasonic rolling process parameters on residual stress distribution of 42CrMo steel,ABAQUS software is used to simulate the ultrasonic rolling process.The residual stress distribution of 42CrMo steel under different process parameters is obtained by single factor experiment,and the simulation model is verified by ultrasonic rolling process experiment.The results indicate that with the increase of static pressure and amplitude,the residual stress increases gradually;with the increase of rotational speed,the residual stress increases first and then decreases;with the increase of feed rate,the residual stress decreases gradually.After ultrasonic rolling process,the simulated values of residual stress of 42CrMo steel exhibit same variation trend with experimental values,and the error is small,proving the accuracy of the model.
