摘要
磁粉检测是轴承零件表面和近表面缺陷探伤的主要方法,针对单工位滚子磁粉探伤机检测效率低,占用空间大,易产生电火花的问题,开发了一种可同时检测8粒滚子和全方位检测的多工位滚子磁粉探伤机,并介绍了磁粉探伤的工艺参数,实际检测结果表明多工位磁粉探伤机的检测效率明显优于单工位磁粉探伤机。通过相控阵超声检测以及金相分析进行验证,磁粉探伤发现的磁痕由滚子裂纹导致,滚子裂纹为材料裂纹,进一步证明了多工位磁粉探伤机的可靠性。
Magnetic particle testing is main method for detecting surface and near surface defects of bearing parts.In response to the problems of low testing efficiency,large space occupation and easy generation of electric sparks in single station roller magnetic particle flaw detector,a multi station roller magnetic particle flaw detector that can simultaneously detect 8 rollers and perform all-round testing is proposed,and the process parameters of magnetic particle inspection are introduced.The actual testing results show that the testing efficiency of multi station magnetic particle flaw detector is significantly better than that of single station magnetic particle flaw detector.Through phased array ultrasonic testing and metallographic analysis,it is verified that the magnetic marks found by magnetic particle inspection are caused by roller cracks,which are material cracks,further proving the reliability of multi station magnetic particle flaw detector.
