铜基固体自润滑轴承基体材料的耐腐蚀性能

摘要 采用电化学方法研究了不同温度下锡青铜(ZQSn6-6-3)、铝青铜(QAl9-4)基体材料在3.5%(质量分数)NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为,并与目前市面上常用的固体自润滑轴承基体材料(H59)的耐腐蚀性进行对比。结果表明:随着试验温度的升高,3种铜合金基体材料的开路电压和极化电阻值均降低,耐腐蚀性下降;相同试验温度下,ZQSn6-6-3的开路电位和极化电阻最大,腐蚀电流密度最小,耐腐蚀性最好,QAl9-4与H59的耐腐蚀性则较为接近。 The electrochemical methods are used to study the corrosion behavior of tin bronze(ZQSn6-6-3)and aluminum bronze(QAl9-4)matrix materials in 3.5wt.%NaCl solution under different temperatures,and the corrosion resistance is compared with that of solid self-lubricating bearing matrix materials(H59)commonly used in the market.The results show that with the increase of test temperature,the open circuit potential and polarization resistance of three copper alloy matrix materials decrease,and the corrosion resistance also decreases;under same test temperature,ZQSn6-6-3 has the highest open circuit potential and polarization resistance,the lowest corrosion current density and the best corrosion resistance,while QAl9-4 and H59 have similar corrosion resistance.
