以护理结局为导向的标准化护理流程在膀胱癌患者围术期的效果评价

Evaluation of outcome-oriented standardized nursing procedures in perioperative patients with bladder cancer

目的探讨以护理结局为导向的标准化护理流程在膀胱癌患者围术期的的实施效果。方法研究选取安徽省某三甲医院泌尿外科2023年1月至12月收治的120例膀胱癌患者为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组各60例,对照组实施常规护理程序,实验组实施以护理结局为导向的标准化护理流程。比较两组患者一般资料、围术期观察指标、生存质量及满意度。结果干预后,两组患者社会功能、躯体功能、认知功能、情绪功能及角色功能评分均较干预前升高,且实验组患者社会功能、躯体功能、认知功能、情绪功能及角色功能评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者术后离床时间及肠道通气时间低于对照组(P<0.05),满意度中“沟通、安全、症状控制、指导、病房环境、护理、护理技术”等维度得分实验组均高于对照组(P>0.001)。结论以护理结局为导向的标准化护理流程能够缩短患者术后住院时间,提升患者生存质量及满意度,改善患者结局,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To explore the implementation effectiveness of outcome-oriented standardized nursing processes in the perioperative period of patients with bladder cancer.Methods In this study,120 patients with bladder cancer admitted to the Department of Urology of a Grade-A hospital in Anhui Province from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.Patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was implemented with routine nursing procedures and the observation group underwent an outcome-oriented standardized nursing procedures.The general data,perioperative observation indicators,quality of life and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of social function,physical function,cognitive function,emotional function and role function in 2 groups were higher than before intervention.Notably,the observation group had significantly higher scores in these areas than the control group(P<0.05).The number of days of hospitalization in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of satisfaction,the experimental group outperformed the control group in dimensions such as communication,safety,symptom management,guidance,ward environment,nursing care,and nursing skills.Conclusion In summary,outcome-oriented standardized nursing processes can shorten the postoperative hospital stay of patients,improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients and improve the outcome of patients,demonstrating high clinical application value.
