摘要
通过探索不同铝银粉及用量对金属效应粉末涂料表面流平、光泽和金属效应的影响,以及不同聚酯树脂、助剂(如流平剂、光亮剂、铝银粉排列分散剂等)、挤出工艺、邦定工艺等对涂层表面金属效应的影响作用和表面缺陷的改善作用,为生产金属效应粉末涂料提供理论基础及处理表面缺陷的解决方案,从而保证产品质量,以供同行借鉴。
The influence of different aluminum powder and dosage on the surface leveling,gloss and metal effect of the metallic powder coating has been investigated.Meanwhile,the effects of different polyester resin,additives(e.g.,leveling agent,brightener,aluminum powder arrangement dispersant,etc.),extrusion processes,bonding processes,etc.,on the metal effect of coating surface and the improvement of surface defects are discussed.It provides the theoretical basis for the production of metallic powder coatings and the solutions for the treatment of surface defects so as to ensure the quality of products.
