摘要
为减少夏季空调使用对纯电动汽车续航里程的影响,缓解续航里程焦虑,本研究将辐射制冷涂料应用到汽车表面,对喷涂普通涂料和辐射制冷涂料的车辆进行降温效果对比测试。结果显示,与喷涂普通涂料车辆相比,喷涂辐射制冷涂料的车辆机舱内平均降温约7℃;驾驶席头部气层温度最高降低8.3℃;降温效果最好的仪表盘表面最高可降低17.4℃,降温效果显著。在提升驾乘空间内热舒适性的同时,可有效减少电能损耗。
In order to reduce the impact of the use of air conditioning on the driving range of pure electric vehicles in summer and alleviate the range anxiety,this paper applies the radiative cooling coating on the surface of the vehicle.A comparative test on the cooling effect of vehicles sprayed with ordinary white coating and radiative cooling coating is conducted.The results show that the radiative cooling coating can decrease the temperature of inner car about 7℃as compared with the ordinary coating.Furthermore,the radiative cooling coating can decrease the upper air temperature surrounding the driver’s seat about 8.3℃and noticeably decrease the surface temperature of the dashboard 17.4℃,which improves the comfortability for driver and passenger as well as effectively reduces power consumption.
