数字时代的网络暴力因具有生存性质、高显著性以及强力的道德约束而被视作一种新型的网络暴力。基于数字交往中的危机传播视角分析,新型网络暴力主要有失真环境中的“不良信息型”、群体传播中的“冒险搭车型”、“偶发危机事件型”等类型。社会理性“缺损”触发情绪暴力、事实“松动”引发伦理相对主义、媒介观念力量化引爆身体危机,是网络暴力的深层社会成因。面对网络暴力,群体传播应戒除对暴力的诱惑,媒体平台当充分发挥“标记”功能,网民个体要重塑数字社交健康,数字交往必须重申社会信任。

Online violence in the digital age is regarded as a new type of online violence due to its survival nature,high significance,and strong moral constraints.From the perspective of crisis communication in digital communication,new types of online violence mainly include"harmful information type"in distorted environments,"risky ride type"in group communication,and"occasional crisis event type".The lack of social rationality triggers emotional violence,the loosening of facts triggers ethical relativism,and the empowerment of media concepts triggers physical crises,which are the deep-seated social causes of online violence.In the face of online violence,group communication should give up the temptation of violence,media platforms should fully utilize their"marking"function,individual netizens need to reshape their digital social health,and digital communication must reaffirm social trust.
