油茶植物组织培养研究进展

Research Progress in Tissue Culture of Camellia oleifera

油茶作为中国所特有的木本油料作物,其具有较高的经济价值、药用价值以及生态价值。自二十世纪初以来,中国油茶产业得到了政府的大力扶持,油茶产业的规模在不断扩大,质量也在不断提升,但油茶优良种质资源依然处于缺乏状态。而植物组织培养技术的应用为油茶优良品种的培育提供了有效途径,对促进油茶产业的发展发挥了重要作用。本研究综述了中国油茶目前的组织培养研究现状,从外植体选择、基本培养基、生长调节剂等方面进行研究成果的概述,探讨油茶植物组织培养存在的问题及其解决方案。以期能够加强油茶的组织培养研究,提高其利用价值,为构建油茶的高效稳定遗传体系提供参考。

Camellia oleifera is a unique woody oil crop in China,which has high economic value,medicinal value and ecological value.Since the beginning of twentieth century,the C.oleifera industry in China has been greatly supported by the government.The scale and quality of the C.oleifera industry are constantly expanding,but the good germplasm resources of the C.oleifera are still in lack.The application of plant tissue culture technology provides an effective way for the cultivation of superior varieties of C.oleifera and plays an important role in promoting the development of C.oleifera industry.This study reviewed the current research status of tissue culture of C.oleifera in China,summarized the research results from explant selection,basic medium,growth regulator and other aspects,and discussed the existing problems and solutions of tissue culture of C.oleifera plants.It is expected to strengthen the study on tissue culture of C.oleifera,improve its utilization value,and provide reference for the construction of efficient and stable genetic system of C.oleifera.
