摘要
本研究旨在探讨种业创新人才的培养模式与路径,通过深入分析崖州湾科技城创新人才培养模式,特别是“研究院+研究生院”模式的实施情况和效果,本研究发现该模式不仅提升了教育和科研质量,还促进了产学研用的紧密结合,培养了一批具有实际应用能力和创新精神的高质量人才。通过实际案例分析,本研究揭示了实践教学、跨学科学习和国际合作在培养创新种业人才中的关键作用。同时,还探讨了未来种业人才培养的发展趋势,强调了在数字化、智能化背景下,人才培养需要进一步整合技术教育和实际应用,以适应全球种业科技的快速发展。本研究期望能为中国乃至全球的种业人才培养策略提供借鉴和启示,为全球种业创新提供强有力的人才支持和科技保障。
This study aims to explore the model and pathway of talent fostering for seed industry.By conducting an in-depth analysis of the innovative talent fostering model at Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City(YZBSTC),especially the'Research Institute+Graduate School''model,this study found that the model not only enhances the quality of education and research but also fosters a close integration of industry,academia,research,and application,cultivating a group of high-quality talents with practical abilities and innovative spirit.Through case studies,the study reveals the key roles of practical teaching,interdisciplinary learning,and international cooperation in nurturing innovative talents in the seed industry.Additionally,it discusses the future trends in talent fostering for the seed industry,emphasizing that in the context of digitalization and intelligence,talent training needs to further integrate technical education with practical application to keep pace with the rapid development of global seed industry technology.The study hopes to provide references and insights for talent training strategies in the seed industry in China and even globally,offering strong talent support and technological assurance for global innovation in the seed industry.
