摘要
为了明确甘肃省兴隆山国家级自然保护区木腐真菌资源和物种多样性,对兴隆山国家级自然保护区进行木腐真菌专项调查研究。共采集木腐真菌样本192份,基于宏观形态与微观结构结合ITS分子序列对采集标本进行鉴定,共鉴定出木腐真菌46种,其中发现甘肃省新纪录种36种,隶属于2门5纲12目27科37属46种,子囊菌门4种,担子菌门42种。通过物种多样性分析,发现该保护区的优势科为锈革孔菌科(Hymenochaetaceae)和多孔菌科(Polyporaceae),优势属为韧革菌属(Stereum);其中包含食用菌9种、药用菌10种(药食同源3种)、有毒菌1种,食毒不明29种。研究结果表明,兴隆山国家级自然保护区木腐真菌物种多样性较为丰富,但还有大量野生木腐真菌资源价值尚不明确,有待进一步调查研究。
This study was conducted to clarify the general situation and species diversity of wood-decaying fungi in Xinglongshan National Nature Reserve of Gansu Province.A total of 192 samples of wood-decaying fungi were collected,and 46 species of wood-decaying fungi were initially identified by the traditional macroscopic morphology and microstructure combined with ITS molecular sequences,including 40 new record species in Gansu province.These species belong to 2 phyla,5 classes,12 orders,27 families,37 genera,46 species,with 4 species of ascomycetes,42 species of basidiomycetes.According to the analysis of species diversity,two dominant families were Hymenochaetaceae and Polyporaceae,with Stereum being the dominant genus.Among them,9 species were edible,10 were medicinal,only 1 was poisonous fungi and 29 were unclear.In conclusion,the diversity of wood-decaying fungi species in Xinglongshan National Nature Reserve is relatively rich,however,a large number of valuable fungal resources is still unclear,and require further investigation in the future.
