摘要
一键炼钢技术是现代工业技术与人工智能深度融合的结晶,标志着钢铁生产流程步入智能化、自动化新时代。这一创新技术借助副枪技术、大数据分析以及机器学习算法,实现了从实物流控制到信息流调度的全面提升。中南钢铁创新引入转炉一键自动炼钢技术,在转炉增加副枪系统、事故提枪系统、静态模型和动态模型,改造后,转炉一次拉碳率由45.7‰提高到90‰,渣中铁元素含量由15.03‰减少至13.45‰,钢水氧含量减少150×10^(-6),改造效果显著。
Steel-making technology with one-click is the crystallization of the deep integration of modern industrial technology and artificial intelligence,marking the steel production process into a new era of intelligence and automation.This innovative technology uses sub-lance technology,big data analysis and machine learning algorithms to achieve a comprehensive improvement from physical logistics control to information flow scheduling.ZNIS innovates the one-click automatic steel-making technology for the converter,and adds the auxiliary gun system,the accident lance lifting system,the static model and the dynamic model for the converter.The carbon rate of the converter can be increased from 45.7‰ to 90‰,the iron content in the slag can be reduced from 15.03‰ to 13.45‰,and the oxygen content of molten steel can be reduced by 150 ppm.
