核领域质谱仪研究国际发展态势分析

摘要 [目的/意义]分析核领域质谱仪的国际发展态势,为我国分析仪器的高质量发展提供参考建议。[方法/过程]基于Web of Science核心合集和Derwent Innovations Index数据库进行文献和专利检索,利用CiteSpace软件对近二十年核领域质谱仪5531篇文献和350项专利从研究趋势、研究主题、主要国家与机构以及专利技术热点等角度进行分析。[结果/结论]核领域质谱仪研究年度发文量保持稳定,论文被引频次逐年上升,专利申请量呈现波动变化。研究主题聚焦于仪器研发及应用,主要质谱仪类型包括加速器质谱仪、二次离子质谱仪和等离子体质谱仪。美国、日本、德国、法国为研究主力国家,重要研究机构包括美国能源部、瑞士联邦理工学院等。专利技术热点在于质谱仪研发及其在生物医学领域的应用。专家意见和数据分析表明,质谱仪技术在生物医学领域应用广泛,市场前景广阔。我国发展重点为质谱仪核心部件的国产化。 [Objective/Significance]This study aims to analyze the international development trends of mass spectrometers in the nuclear field and offer reference suggestions for the high-quality development of analytical instruments in China.[Method/Process]The research methodology entailed literature and patent searches using the Web of Science Core Collection and the Derwent Innovations Index database.CiteSpace software was employed to analyze 5,531 publications and 350 patents on nuclear mass spectrometers from the past two decades,examining research trends,topics,major countries and institutions,and patent technology hotspots.[Results/Conclusions]The study reveals a consistent annual publication volume for nuclear mass spectrometer research,with a gradual increase in citation frequency.Patent applications show fluctuating patterns with a recent upward trend.The focus of research is on the development and application of instruments,mainly involving accelerator mass spectrometers,secondary ion mass spectrometers,and plasma mass spectrometers.The United States,Japan,Germany,and France are the key research countries,with prominent institutions such as the U.S.Department of Energy and the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology.Patent technology hotspots are in the development of mass spectrometers and their application in the biomedical field.Expert opinions and data analysis suggest a widespread use of mass spectrometer technology in biomedical applications with promising market prospects.The priority for China is the localization of core components for mass spectrometers.
