摘要
创新是引领发展的第一动力,建设创新型国家,关键在人才。新时代工科人才培养是实施国家创新驱动发展战略的软实力,是推动制造业发展的核心竞争力,是现代产业学院建设成效的表现力,是应用型本科高校新一轮发展的持续力。从新时代工科人才培养的基本逻辑来看,实践性、集成性、交叉性、协同性分别是其行动逻辑、时代逻辑、学科逻辑与组织逻辑。基于现代产业学院的视角,探索构建了以五大融合理念为引领、以多元培养模式为路径、以“智能+”课程体系为抓手、以一体化管理机制为保障的工科创新人才培养模式。
Innovation is the primary driving force for development,and building an innovative nation hinges on talents.The training of engineering talents in the new era is a key soft power for implementing the national innovation-driven strategy,a core competitive advantage for advancing the manufacturing industry,a manifestation of the effectiveness of modern industry colleges,and a sustaining force for the new round of development in application-oriented undergraduate universities.From the perspective of the basic logic of engineering talent development in the new era,practicality,integration,interdisciplinarity and collaboration represent the action logic,era logic,disciplinary logic,and organizational logic respectively.Based on the perspective of modern industry colleges,this study explores and constructs an engineering innovation talent training model guided by five integration concepts,using diverse training modes as pathways,leveraging the“Intelligent+”curriculum system as a tool,and ensuring the implementation of an integrated management mechanism.
