摘要
文章以2011—2021年长三角城市群27个城市为研究样本,首先基于新质生产力的内涵构建了衡量数智化水平和绿色发展水平的指标体系,通过熵权法测算出长三角城市群的数智化水平和绿色发展水平;然后运用固定效应回归模型、多种空间计量模型等方法实证分析了长三角城市群数智化对绿色发展水平的影响及其空间溢出效应。研究发现:①长三角城市群数智化水平和绿色发展水平总体呈现不断上升态势,但不同城市之间存在一定的发展差距,并且两者的空间发展格局呈现出相似的分布特征。②数智化能够显著促进长三角城市群的绿色发展。通过多种方法进行稳健性分析,实证结果可靠。进一步分析表明,数智化可通过提升金融科技发展水平和生产性服务业集聚水平促进长三角城市群的绿色发展水平。③数智化对长三角城市群的绿色发展水平存在显著的正向空间溢出效应,并且其空间溢出效应呈现出地理距离衰减特征,在地理距离500 km处达到空间溢出最大衰减边界。研究结论可为推动中国实现绿色低碳循环发展提供理论借鉴和经验证据。
Taking the data of 27 cities in the Yangtze River Delta(YRD)urban agglomeration from 2011 to 2021 as research samples,this paper constructs an index system to measure the level of digital intelligence and the level of green development based on the connotation of new quality productive forces,and measures the level of digital intelligence and the level of green development of the YRD urban agglomeration by the means of the entropy weight model.It empirically analyzes the impact of digital intelligence on green development level and its spatial spillover effect in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration using the fixed-effect regression model and various spatial measurement models.The conclusions of the study are as follows:1)The level of digital intelligence and the level of green development both show an overall rising trend in the YRD urban agglomeration,but there is a certain development gap between different cities,their spatial development pattern show similar distribution characteristics.2)Digital intelligence can significantly promote the green development of the YRD urban agglomeration,the empirical results are reliable through multiple methods of robustness analysis.Further mechanism analysis shows that digital intelligence can promote the green development level of the YRD urban agglomeration by enhancing the level of financial technology development and the level of productive service industry agglomeration.3)There is a significant positive spatial spillover effect of digital intelligence on the green development level of the YRD urban agglomeration,and its spatial spillover effect shows the characteristic of geographic distance attenuation,and reaches the maximum attenuation boundary of spatial spillover at a geographic distance of 500 km.The conclusions of the study provide theoretical reference and empirical evidence for promoting the realization of green,low-carbon and recycling development in China.
