摘要
文章以中国三大海洋经济圈为例,深入剖析海洋渔业产业链与创新链内涵,并基于共生理论框架分析海洋渔业“双链”融合机制,采用改进的横纵向拉开档次法、Lotka-Volterm模型等方法,分析中国海洋渔业产业链和创新链的时空分异以及“双链”融合共生度时空演变特征,探究海洋“双链”融合模式及其差异化路径。结果表明:①研究期内,中国海洋渔业产业链和创新链发展水平均有大幅提升,区域发展水平差异显著,存在空间演变上的“马太效应”;②海洋渔业“双链”融合共生度波动上升,呈“N”型演变趋势;③海洋渔业“双链”融合共生度表现出单极格局向多极格局转变的特征。其中南部海洋经济圈最高,表现为“北高南低”空间格局;北部海洋经济圈次之,表现为“中间高、两端低”空间格局;④中国沿海地区海洋渔业“双链”融合呈现6种融合共生模式,并伴随提升、跃迁、衰退以及滞后的时序转化特征。
Taking the three major marine economic circles as examples,this paper deeply analyzes the connotation of marine fishery industry chain and marine fishery innovation chain(short for double chain),analyzes the"double chain"integration mechanism of marine fishery based on the symbiotic theoretical framework.It analyzes the spatio-temporal differentiation of China's marine fishery industry chain and marine fishery innovation chain,as well as the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics of the symbiosis degree of"double chain"integration,and explores the marine"double chain"integration mode and its differentiation path using the improved horizontal and vertical separation grade method,Lotka-Volterm model and other methods.The results show that:1)During the study period,the development level of China's"double chain"has been greatly improved,and the regional development level is significantly different,and there is a"Matthew effect"in terms of spatial evolution.2)The fluctuation of"double chain"symbiosis degree increased,and showed an N-shaped type evolution trend.3)The"double chain"symbiosis degree showed the characteristics of unipolar pattern to multipolar pattern.The"double chain"symbiosis degree is the highest in the southern marine economic zone,showing a spatial pattern of"high in the north and low in the south".followed by the northern marine economic circle which showed the spatial pattern of"high in the middle and low at both ends".4)The"double chain"integration in China's coastal areas presents 6 types of integration and symbiosis mode,which are accompanied by the sequential transformation characteristics of elevation,transition,decline and lag.
