摘要
本文基于LMSVirtual.Lab软件建立了某型主起落架舱门的刚柔耦合动力学模型,用柔性体代替刚性体进行分析,以模拟真实运动情况。分析了前后舱门摇臂应力分布情况,并利用Nastran对摇臂进行了模态分析。将刚柔耦合模型与刚性体模型进行了对比,结果表明柔性体模型能考虑舱门的变形情况,复现了舱门的实际情况,更有利于进一步优化结构设计。
IBased on LMS Virtual.Lab software,a rigid-flex coupling dynamic model of a certain type of main landing gear door was established,and the flexible body instead of rigid body for analysis to simulate the real motion situation was used.The stress distribution of the rocker arms of the front and rear hatches was analyzed,and the modal analysis of the rocker arms was carried out by using Nastran.The rigid-flex coupling model is compared with the rigid body model,and the results show that the flexible body model could consider the deformation of the hatch,reproduce the actual situation of the hatch,and further optimize the structural design.
