摘要
传统三坐标测量机温度采集设备存在体积大、测量精度低、有线传输、受使用场地局限等问题,为解决以上问题,设计一种三坐标测量机温度采集系统,采用四线制PT100测温电路和ADS1220组成温度采集模块,提高温度采集精度;采用CC2640进行低功耗蓝牙组网设计,降低设备功耗,实现无线传输,扩大使用场景。试验结果表明:设计的温度采集系统精度达到0.1℃,满足三坐标测量机的温度采集要求。
There are problems of traditional temperature acquisition equipment,such as large volume,low measurement accuracy,wired transmission,and limited field of use,etc.To solve the above problems,the design of a coordinate measuring machine temperature acquisition system is made,which use a four wire PT100 temperature measurement circuit and ADS1220 to form a temperature acquisition module,improving the accuracy of temperature acquisition.By using CC2640 for low-power bluetooth networking design,the device power consumption is reduced,the wireless transmission is achieved,and the usage scenarios is expanded.The experimental results show that the designed temperature acquisition system has an accuracy of 0.1°C,which meets the temperature acquisition requirements of coordinate measuring machines.
