摘要
目前无人值守的计量系统在企业应用越来越多,其反馈数据可直接影响企业成本管理。为了进一步提升无人值守计量系统的智能化水平,面向中小微企业,设计开发了一种智能化无人值守计量系统。首先,通过分析业务需求设计系统的业务流程,搭建五层系统架构。之后对汽车衡计量的磅房和外围设备进行了选型与布置。最后搭建软件系统,开发客户端应用界面及防作弊功能,使整个系统可实现智能计量、车牌识别、远程控制、视频监控、人机交互等功能。将所发的系统进行落地试用,经测试,该系统可稳定应用,可使门岗过车时间由5min减少至1min,可在提高生产效率的同时,有效防止违规行为发生,且标准化接口易于系统进行升级、扩展。
At present,unmanned measurement systems are increasingly being applied in enterprises,and their feedback data can directly affect enterprise cost management.In order to further enhance the intelligence level of unmanned measurement systems,this paper designs and develops an intelligent unmanned measurement system for the small and medium-sized enterprises.Firstly,the business process and a five-layer system architecture are designed by analyzing business requirements.Then,the weighing room and peripheral equipment for automobile weighing have been selected and arranged and a software system has been built.Lastly,a client application interface and anticheating function have been developed,enabling the system to achieve intelligent measurement,license plate recognition,remote control,video monitoring and human-machine interaction.The system has been tested and the result shows that the designed system can reduce the passing time of gatekeepers from 5 minutes to 1 minute,improve production efficiency,and prevent violations effectively and it is easy to upgrade and expand due to the standardized interface.
