摘要
“岗课赛证”融通育人是当前中国职业教育的特色和重点,是提升人才适应性的重要举措。针对高职城市轨道交通类专业人才培养难以适应产业发展需求的问题,在分析城市轨道交通类专业“岗课赛证”融合内涵的基础上,提出了“五维融合”方案和融合原则。通过优化人才培养目标、重构课程体系、创新教学模式、完善评价体系,探索了“岗课赛证”融通育人模式。
The integrated education of"Post-Course-Competition-Certificate"is the characteristic and key of current vocational education with Chinese characteristics,and it is an important measure to improve the adaptability of talents.In view of the problem that the talent training of urban rail transit major in higher vocational colleges is difficult to adapt to the needs of industrial development,the"fivedimensional integration"scheme and integration principles are put forward on the basis of analyzing the connotation of"Post-Course-Competition-Certificate"integration of urban rail transit major.By optimizing the training objectives,reconstructing the curriculum system,innovating the teaching mode and improving the evaluation system,the"Post-Course-Competition-Certificate"integrated education mode is explored.
