摘要
基于数字化时代职业教育发展的外部环境需求和内在发展诉求,职业教育数字化转型成为新时代职业教育改革创新发展的必然选择。愿景、使命、价值观是职业教育数字化转型的理念之基,是锚定转型的现实支点和价值基点;职业教育数字化转型是国家政策、社会经济、技术发展和职业教育需求等多种因素共同作用下的结果,体现出政策、经济、社会、教育等多层面的机理逻辑;基于此,从目标层、方针层、行为层诠释职业数字化转型的行动策略,围绕数字化思维、数字化组织、数字化资源、数字化创新、数字化治理等方面探寻职业教育数字化转型的行动路向,以此推进数字化时代职业教育的改革与创新发展。
Based on the external environment demand and internal development demand of the development of vocational education in the digital era,the digital transformation of vocational education has become an inevitable choice for the reform,innovation and development of vocational education in the new era.Vision,mission and values are the basis of the concept of digital transformation of vocational education and the practical fulcrum and value basis of anchoring the transformation.The digital transformation of vocational education is the result of the joint action of national policies,socio-economic,technological development,vocational education needs and other factors,which reflects the multi-level mechanism logic of policy,economy,society,education and so on.Based on this,the action strategy of professional digital transformation is interpreted from the target level,policy level and behavior level,and the action direction of vocational education digital transformation is explored around digital thinking,digital organization,digital resources,digital innovation,digital governance and other aspects,so as to promote the reform and innovative development of vocational education in the digital era.
