摘要
HPPP法(High Pressure Piston Prover,高压活塞体积管)原级标准装置是通过测量活塞在体积管内的运动时间和体积管的体积直接换算得到天然气的体积流量。通过对活塞在体积管内的运动性能进行深入分析,探讨了活塞运动对测量结果的影响。对HPPP法原级标准装置的设计和工作原理进行了概述,指出了活塞运动性能在测量过程中的关键作用。通过受力分析,评估了活塞运动的动态特性,并探讨了影响活塞运动性能的各种因素。在此基础上,利用长度测量工具对活塞的运动进行了精确控制,并开展了实流试验以验证所提方法的有效性。研究结果表明,活塞与体积管之间的密封性能对小流量测量的准确性有着显著影响。
The original standard device of HPPP method(High Pressure Piston Prover)can obtain the volume flow rate of natural gas directly by measuring the time of piston movement in the volume tube and the volume of the volume tube.The influence of piston motion on the measurement results is discussed by analyzing the motion performance of piston in the volume tube.The design and working principle of the original standard device of HPPP method are summarized,and the key role of piston motion performance in the measurement process is pointed out.Through force analysis,the dynamic characteristics of the piston motion are evaluated,and various factors affecting the motion performance of the piston are discussed.On the basis of this,the piston motion is precisely controlled by the length measuring tool,and the real flow test is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.The results show that the sealing performance between the piston and the volume tube has a significant effect on the accuracy of small flow measurement.
