营探1井超深井安全钻井关键技术

摘要 营探1井是中国石油大庆油田布置于四川盆地川北低缓构造带仪陇-营山构造的一口五开制风险探井,井型为直井,设计井深6 841 m,钻井过程中存在诸多技术难点。通过分析钻遇地层特点,优选高效钻头、抗高温螺杆、取心工具等配套钻井工具,针对不同地层采用“PDC钻头+单弯螺杆”复合钻井技术“、垂直钻井工具+大扭矩螺杆”防斜打直技术“、抗高温取心工具+孕镶金刚石钻头”取心钻井技术、浅表层安全快速钻进技术、复合盐强抑制聚磺防塌钻井液技术、固井重点施工技术等关键技术,并结合钻井实际制定出超深风险探井钻井技术保障措施,保障了营探1井219.08 d的钻井周期顺利完钻。实践表明,关键技术及保障措施在营探1井的成功运用,对今后大庆油田四川盆地仪陇-营山区块超深井勘探开发具有良好的指导和借鉴意义。 Yingtan 1 well is a five-open risk exploration well arranged in Yilong-Yingshan structure in the low structural belt of north Sichuan Basin in Daqing Oilfield of Petrochina.The well type is vertical and the designed well depth is 6841 m.There are many technical difficulties in the drilling process.Through the analysis of the characteristics of the drilling formation,the selection of efficient drill bits,high temperature resistance screw,core tools and other supporting drilling tools,for different formations,a series of key technologies are adopted,such as"PDC bit+single bend screw"composite drilling technology,"vertical drilling tool+large torque screw"anti-skew straightening technology,"anti-high temperature coring tool+impregnated diamond bit"core drilling technology,shallow surface safety and rapid drilling technology,compound salt strongly inhibits polysulfonate anti-collapse drilling fluid technology and cementing key construction technology.Combined with the drilling practice,the drilling technical support measures of ultra-deep risk exploration well are formulated to ensure the smooth completion of the drilling cycle of 219.08d of Yingtan 1 well.The practice shows that the successful application of key technologies and safeguard measures in Yingtan-1 well has good guidance and reference significance for the future exploration and development of ultra-deep well in Yilong-Yingshan block in Sichuan Basin of Daqing oilfield.
