图书馆“疗愈系”文献的集藏、展陈和推广

方兴未艾的“阅读疗法”是一种以具有情绪和心理疗愈内涵的文献内容为媒介,进行阅读指导的心理障碍干预技术。研究通过在学理上辨析“情感”与“情绪”,“治愈”与“疗愈”等基本概念,提出无论是学校图书馆,还是公共图书馆,都应充分发挥馆藏中外“疗愈系文献”的资源优势,因馆制宜,及早创设读者“情绪疗愈阅读空间”,积极开展多种形式的“阅读疗愈”服务活动,指导有情绪抚平、心理建设和精神保健需求的读者,以自主、自助、自解的方式,掌握和使用“发展性疗愈阅读”的理念和方法。同时,研究推荐了2024年增补版《当代大学生情绪困扰阅读疗愈推荐书目(10类,84种)》,旨在为图书馆依情绪类型陈展中外“疗愈系”读物,提供专业建议。

The thriving“reading therapy”is a emotional and psychological disorder intervention technique that uses the literature with emotional and psychological healing connotations as the medium to provide reading guidance.By distinguishing the basic concepts of“affection”and“emotion”,“healing”and“healing”,this paper argues that both school libraries and public libraries should give full play to the resource advantages of Chinese and foreign“healing literature”in their collections,create“emotional healing reading space”for readers as soon as possible tailoring to the specific conditions of each library,and actively carry out various“reading healing”service,so as to guide readers with emotional healing,psychological construction and mental health care needs to master and apply them in an autonomous,self-help and self-understanding way“Developmental Therapeutic Reading”.At the same time,this paper recommends the 2024 supplementary edition of“Recommended Books for Reading and Healing for Contemporary College Students Emotional Distress(10 Categories,80 Types)”,which aims to provide professional suggestions for the library to display Chinese and foreignhealing:reading materials by emotional category.
