摘要
针对传统国内外绝缘子尺寸测量方法工作量大、效率低、成本高等问题,基于双目立体视觉原理,建立了双目立体视觉模型,研制了一种双目变焦绝缘子外形尺寸测量系统,实现了对绝缘子外形尺寸的在线检测,提出了激光线性辅助光源方法,解决了绝缘子表面上特征点难提取的问题。实验室和现场应用结果表明,该系统对绝缘子外形尺寸的测量精度高于±1.5%,运行稳定,基本满足绝缘子外形尺寸实际测量的要求。
Aiming at the problems of large workload,low efficiency and high cost of traditional insulator size measurement methods at home and abroad,this paper establishes a binocular stereo vision model based on the principle of binocular stereo vision,and develops a binocular zoom insulator shape size measurement system,which realizes the on-line detection of the insulator shape size.A laser linear auxiliary light source method is proposed to solve the problem that the feature points on the insulator surface are difficult to extract.The laboratory and field application results show that the measurement accuracy of the insulator shape size is higher than±1.5%,and the operation is stable,which basically meets the requirements of the actual measurement of the insulator shape size.
