摘要
采用正交试验研究化学成分、挤压工艺、热处理工艺对2A12T4铝合金挤压棒材晶间腐蚀及力学性能的影响。结果表明,挤压温度是影响2A12T4铝合金挤压棒材力学性能的主要因素,挤压温度越高,棒材的抗拉强度及屈服强度越高,伸长率越低。淬火转移时间是影响棒材晶间腐蚀的主要因素,淬火转移时间越短,晶间腐蚀深度越小,当转移时间为10 s时,只发生轻微点蚀,棒材满足用户及标准要求。
The influence of chemical composition, extrusion process, and heat treatment process on the intergranular corrosion and mechanical properties of 2A12T4 aluminum alloy extruded bars was studied with orthogonal tests. The results show that extrusion temperature is the main factor affecting the mechanical properties of 2A12T4 aluminum alloy bars. The higher the extrusion temperature, the higher the tensile strength and yield strength of the bars, and the lower the elongation. Quenching transfer time is the main factor affecting intergranular corrosion of bars. The shorter the quenching transfer time, the less deeper the intergranular corrosion. When the transfer time is 10 seconds, only slight pitting corrosion occurs, and the bar meets the user′s and standard requirements.
