摘要
质子交换膜燃料电池技术作为重要的氢能应用和转化技术,一直以来都是研究和投资的热点。为了实现燃料电池的高性能和长寿命,其膜电极催化层应具有广泛分布且连续导通的离子树脂网络和碳导电网络,富含结构多样且孔径分布合理的微孔,而实现这些目标需要以制取分散性良好、稳定性高、涂布适应性强的催化剂浆料为前提。本研究列举了在催化剂浆料制备过程中已得到应用的超声分散、球磨分散、高速剪切分散等分散设备和工艺,简要介绍了其原理,归纳了各自特点。
Proton exchange membrane fuel cell technology,as an important hydrogen energy application and conversion technology,has always been a hot research and investment topic.In order to achieve high performance and long lifespan of fuel cells,the membrane electrode catalytic layer should have a widely distributed and continuously conductive ion resin network and carbon conductive network,rich in micro pores with diverse structures and reasonable pore size distribution.To achieve these goals,it is necessary to prepare catalyst slurries with good dispersibility,high stability,and strong coating adaptability.This study lists the dispersion equipment and processes such as ultrasonic dispersion,ball milling dispersion,and high⁃speed shear dispersion that have been applied in the preparation process of catalyst slurry,briefly introduces their principles,and summarizes their respective characteristics.
