观察规范化疼痛干预对食管癌手术患者睡眠质量的效果

To Observe the Effect of Standardized Pain Intervention on Sleep Quality of Patients Undergoing Surgery for Esophageal Cancer

目的:探究规范化疼痛干预对食管癌(EC)手术患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2023年1月至12月厦门大学附属第一医院肿瘤内科收治的行手术治疗的EC患者78例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予规范化疼痛干预护理。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者睡眠质量的差异,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)比较2组患者的疼痛程度,记录各组患者术后1周的每天平均入睡时间与每天平均睡眠时长。结果:术后12 h、术后1 d及术后3 d,观察组VAS评分、PSQI评分均显著低于对照组,观察组每天平均入睡时间短于对照组,每天平均睡眠时长长于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:对EC手术患者予以规范化疼痛干预,可减轻疼痛程度,改善睡眠质量,加快入睡速度,延长睡眠时间,存在较高的应用价值。

Objective:To explore the effect of standardized pain intervention on sleep quality in patients undergoing esophageal cancer(EC)surgery.Methods:A total of 78 EC patients admitted to the Department of Oncology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given standardized pain intervention nursing on the basis of the control group.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the difference in sleep quality between the two groups,and visual analog scale(VAS)was used to compare the pain degree between the two groups.The average daily sleep time and average daily sleep duration of each group were recorded one week after surgery.Results:At 12 h,1 d and 3 d after surgery,VAS score and PSQI score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the average daily time it takes to fall asleep of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the average daily sleep time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,with statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized pain intervention for patients with EC surgery can reduce their pain,improve their sleep quality,accelerate their sleep speed and prolong their sleep time,which has high application value.
