情景图示的早期离床活动对骨科术后患者睡眠质量、生命质量的影响

The Influence of Early Get-out-of-bed Activities on Sleep Quality and Quality of Life of Patients after Orthopedic Surgery

目的:探究在对骨科手术患者术后护理时开展情景图示的早期离床活动康复护理对患者术后睡眠、生命质量的影响。方法:选取2022年4月至2023年10月福建医科大学附属南平第一医院骨科手术患者76例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组38例。对照组开展常规护理支持,观察组开展情景图示的早期离床活动康复护理。针对2组患者术后睡眠、生命质量以及并发症等进行比较。结果:护理前2组PSQI睡眠评分,生命质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组较对照组PSQI睡眠评分更低,WHOQOL-BREF量表评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而在术后并发症发生率,观察组较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对骨科手术患者实施术后护理支持时开展情景图示的早期离床活动康复护理,可以改善患者睡眠质量以及生命质量,有助于患者恢复。

Objective:To explore the impact of early off bed activity rehabilitation nursing with scenario diagrams on postoperative sleep and quality of life in patients undergoing orthopedic surgery.Methods:From April 2022 to October 2023,76 orthopedic surgery patients were selected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanping,Fujian Medical University.The patients were randomly sorted using an Excel table,numbered 1-76.Odd numbered sequences received routine nursing support(38 cases,control group),while even numbered sequences received early out of bed rehabilitation nursing with scenario diagrams(38 cases,observation group).Compare postoperative sleep,quality of life,and complications between two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the scores of PSQI and WHOQOL-BREF between the two groups before nursing.After nursing,the scores of PSQI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of WHOQOL-BREF were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early out of bed rehabilitation nursing with scenario diagrams can improve sleep and quality of life,and aid in patient recovery when providing postoperative nursing support for orthopedic surgery patients.
